The cottage and apartments are about 500 yards from a safe sandy beach facing Plymouth Breakwater and the Cornish coast.</B> For the walker there are
many public footpath and scenic cliff walks. The golf course at Staddon Heights is within a mile, with riding stables at Wembury and Dartmoor, only a short drive away.
